Position Title : Project Welfare officer

Minimum years of experience required………> 10

Employment Type……………………………> Iqama transfer in KSA

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the ORGANIZATION Facilities manager and have overall responsibilities for developing a welfare program for the project
  • Lead the organisation and arranging of a weekly and monthly events calendar for team building and sports and social events
  • Maintain the social calendar of events
  • Maintain the ORGANIZATION designated recreation room at Namariq camp –
  • Maintain and publish a schedule of weekly televised sporting events in the on camp rec-room
  • Provide specialist interventions if workforce demonstrate signs of mental fatigue, anguish or depression, loneliness or home sickness
  • Arrange events that create inclusion and community on the project while at the same time celebrating the diversity of the team
  • Report attendance numbers at social events and attend the weekly SLT meeting to report on general wellbeing
  • Support food hygiene reviews / audits within the Camp
  • Support facilities manager in coordinating issues and tracking them through to closure in the Camp
  • Coordinate and manage mid-morning food supplies to the Project offices
  • Coordinating maintenance of all gym equipment
  • Coordinate all maintenance issues for recreational building(s) with the Camp maintenance Contractor
  • Coordinate between ORGANIZATION Project team representatives and  Camp catering Contractor to ensure an agreed / organizationproved menu is delivered
  • Work with local PRO and IK security team to identify and organise team building opportunities local to the site
  • Develop and lead a welfare committee comprised of a range of representatives from across the project
  • Arrange and participate in sports events and leagues between ORGANIZATION and other EPCs and within the ASU project itself
