Business Development Manager (For Abu Dhabi)

Position : Business Development Manager

Employment : Full Time

Education / Experience Required :

BTech / BSc/ BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of NDT Sales working exp. in Oil and Gas field.

Must have a valid UAE driver’s license

Job Description :

Promote PME businesses and explore new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC market
Work closely with the General Manager and provide timely feedback on all assignments given by the office of the General Manager
Create, develop and maintain a professional and strong business relationship with key decision-makers among potential clients in the oil & gas industry, governmental departments, marine companies, contractors and consultants in the UAE and GCC markets.
Plan and implement market researches, technical seminars and analyses market surveys and marketing campaigns.
Manage the participation with local and international exhibition
Source out new products, negotiate and finalize agency agreements with potential business partners

Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication
Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
